they wont add ncr or legion but there are mods for the apparel of both factions i hope they do add more factions like the enclave aswell but they dont seem to be going that way yet as they want to make this one perfect before they start on something else related to fallout or if they decide on something different but i think if people keep suggesting more factions they would probably do it and they would probably be as good as this one
