Right shoulder pieces for Support at the Powered tier are rotated 90 degrees.

On the powered tier there are no options for left and right arms. Only the one with both arms like in vanilla. Options for shoulders an forearms work.

Can you be more specific? Is it for both males and females? Is it all powered armors or specifically Warden, Wraith, or W.A.R.? Is it just normal soldiers or factions?

Only for the powered legacy armors on normal soldiers both female and male. on all factions it seems to work fine.

So you mean you're using the armors that were added with TLE? The mod doesn't add the cosmetics to those, they're added to Warden, Wraith, and W.A.R. suits.

i am new to modding xcom and all the legacy armour is white and purple with shiny plasticy appearance.
i am entirely clueless as i have just come off my playthrough of the enemy unknown

Do you know if you have the DLC required? you need to have both war of the Chosen and tactical legacy pack DLC.
