Guy Fawkes / Bonfire Night
If TF2 ever decides to humour it's british players and make a Guy Fawkes/Bonfire Night update (Or very least, a Demoman update after Scream Fortress), this map would be top on the list.

☑ 17th century London aesthetics.
☑ A large keg of gunpowder. (The payload)
☑ A plot to blow something up with said gunpowder. (RED base)
☑ British explosive expert. (He's Scottish, it counts.)
