After installing Chat Evolved and configuring separate GameUserSettings.ini files for each server, the configuration in each file looks like this:

ServerName changes in each of the configuration files to “Gen2”, “CrystalIsles”, “Fjordur”, “TheIsland”, “Ragnarok”, “Extinction”.
As if there were any doubt about the IP address:

I can curl and telnet this port correctly between servers and all the functions that were in the tutorial like GET/SET/LRANGE work.

The logs appear fine across servers except for CrystalIsles and Extinction, but real-time chat is not working at all. Additionally, on CrystalIsles and Extinction, there’s no recent message history either. On the other servers, message history works correctly, but as mentioned, real-time chat does not work anywhere. How can this be fixed?

For context:

* webdis and redis are containerized in Docker, and the connection seems to work properly as the chat history is available on some servers (based on the configuration BackendURL provided above).
* The server name is: [PVE][NO WIPE] Poooi Cluster [MODS ON XXX DOT XYZ].

I noticed that the previous issue with history was related to having a / in the server name (e.g., [24/7]), which I resolved. However, real-time chat still doesn’t work, and CrystalIsles and Extinction don’t respond at all, not even for message history.

This behavior seems odd—why does message history work but not real-time chat? And why do CrystalIsles and Extinction have no functionality at all?
