If both the crotch and the head are lopsided, I'm pretty sure it all has to do with the very small change in pose, and the angle of the photos.

actually looking at it in game it looks straight, the picture used just looks crooked from the stance, it's showing a bit of the left side of the helmet in the photo (from Rhino's perspective)
