It's supposed to be a fanmade Fredbear, just in the vain of "What if we took the idea of Twisted animatronics even further and make them actual organic monstrosities" I think.

I know it's a Fredbear, I follow the dude who made it on DA. It may not look it, but it's him, even has the bowtie actually if you look close enough~
