Saiga is not balanced
Every modded server i play on with the modpack is sadly plagued by people who abuse the power of the saiga
Such a same considering its such an amazing mod
I hope the people who made this mod can consider making it so the saiga doesen't shoot as fast as the handler can click. Perhaps a slight delay in between each shot.
Just a thought, i doubt im the only one with this opinion

Most servers I play on just make it rare, never noticed it as a problem.

I realize this is an old discussion but I feel compelled to mention that his is exactly how the Saiga was designed to function. A quick youtube search would show that. Its a semi automatic shotgun, meaning , as fast as the shooter can pull the trigger.
