Make sure the mod is enabled in Skyrim's launcher or in the mod manager you're using. Make sure you have completed all Skeleton Key quests and told him that the Key has been returned to its place, leave Brynjolf's location, then return to him again and talk to him. and i did the quests and had the amulet on
