Possible Taunt Kill?
The Scout could throw a disc at someone and it infilcts bleeding damage which could kill them.

Ok then the requirements to use the taunt kill are: Played over a year (8760 hours) of TF2, own 10+ unusuals, have every other Scout only taunt and have played Scout for 1000+ hours

First off, those requirements are stupid for something that underpowered. Second off, no looping taunt has ever had a taunt kill or attack. It just doesn't make sense to add one now. Third, people who bought this taunt wouldn't be able to use it unless they meet your insanely dumb and farfetched requirements, leading them to have to buy more things and play more just to use it. Basically, no. It's a bad idea, and shouldn't be implemented to any other taunt. (If you're joking that still doesn't make it any better, it's a terrible joke anyway.)
