Long story short it was a huge mess that began feeling more and more overcomplicated. So, I decided there was no reason to overcomplicate her or ruin her original design. I still believe Bleed out should probably not bleed and instead deal more upfront damage, but it's current bahavior with Wicked Hack's debuffs felt fairly balanced and still useful enough to warrant bringing in some fights. In the end not a terrible amount changed about the Hellion, which when looking at my Crusader changes seems just fine to me. I am still very much open to further balance ideas especially regarding Wicked Hack, Bleed Out, and her Exhaust Debuff.
