Something like this should happen, rather than just having a useless battery attached to it. And if your arrows are soaked in the electrical jarate jizz inside, how come nothing happens to them? I was thinking Pompson-5000 related effects, but now with more jarate. Also, the way I intended for the bad part to happen, would be that if you're standing next to any engineer buildings, they wouldn't work for a bit (sentries wouldn't shoot, dispensers wouldn't dispense, teleporters wouldn't teleport). Also sniper rifles wouldn't gain any charge for a bit, be it on your team, or the enemy's. Of course, if you were to use the Huntsman, it would negate that, but you could also wind up screwing with your teammates around you. In summary, it should just screw with people's gear a lot. :S

By sharing your liver's by-products with the team, you're sure to form some great (don't listen to their complaints) friendships.
Scouts can use their speed to get a melee hit; Soldiers can rocket-jump into melee without needing a Market Gardener; Pyros can use the Third Degree to subject all Medigun-connected victims to Jarate; Demoknights will benefit immensely as they're always melee, and Heavies, Engineers, Medics, Snipers and even Spies can use their melee to deter attackers or track down enemy Spies.
But it's got its gimmicks! While your teammates can help keep the enemies at bay with melee, you're a goner if anyone or an explosion hits you from behind. You normally backpedal at 90% of normal speed, but with the cumbersome Jarate Dispenser you now backpedal at 85% of normal speed. In short, you better surround yourself with teammates!
This is also too high-tech to be used in Medieval Mode.
(P.S. I'm aware the model is meant to be a quiver for the Huntsman, but let's face it: Valve just isn't going to allow a Sniper weapon that can make headshots and still apply Jarate.)
