Right, so, goto yer steam directory, mine is in D drive, so i goto d:/steamapps/WORKSHOP/content
from there find file 270880. Open it. in that dir, find the file 1561439719. Open it. Now, open the file VERSIONS.SII in notepad. see all the version numbers.....all we do is add the newest version to the list. So at the bottom just add

compatible_versions[]: "1.53.*"

The update should be done by the person who created the mod, I won't mess around with it.

That may be so, but I still think that the creator should do something like that. But it looks to me like he isn't doing anything, otherwise something would have been done by now, or he would have reported it. The mod was updated for ETS2, that tells me everything.
