You can't? By what I've looked at most pets are on the left shoulder of the player, no matter character. This includes all birds, dogs, chameleons, and so on. So sadly you can only have ONE.

Also a load out I can think of are with the pyro and demoman,

Body:
Pyro + Demo - Sub-Zero Suit

Head:
Pyro - Pyro the Flamedeer
Demo - (Can't think of one off the top of my head at this time)

Then the Polar Bear pet :3
