Planned changes for next version:

- Change Heavy Bombers to upgrade to Advanced Bomber

- Change prereq tech for Atomic Bomb to Polymer Science, so it can be used in the game - or move the "Nuclear Fission" tech to the end of the Era, prereq to "Postmodern Progress"
