Vaccinator but reverse
Simple enough, INCREASES damage on select effects like, damage reduction for the vaccinator.
Same concept but in reverse, maybe with less heal rate so it could be balanced, but not too much that it'd be unusable. :m8: that's pritt:Y: good :yazdwink::wotm8:
