Although I do disagree with the idea of a slow charge rate. Even if that would be a gigantic benefit, it comes at the cost that you can't go invulnerable, which is also a gigantic benefit.
wich would force you to alternate constantly forceing you to rething how you play medic
on uber it allows one class change for the person being healed
+ 15% healing rate
- cannot be charged with an ubersaw
- 10% uber rate
while the healing and uber could be switched i feel that being unable to charge it with an ubersaw would be essental or it would be drasticly overpowered especialy as a combat medic
while being able to use it at any time it would be like only one instance of the item on the team at one time

yellow/green=jump height
blue=reload speed
