heres my ideas

+on hit target bleeds

-crit chance

+decapitates head and demoman can pick it up

-slow swing speed

ok i think it should have a damage bonus since it is a sword

My idea for stats would be
+ On hit: Bleed for 5 seconds.
+ Damage Penalty increased by 10%
- Attack speed reduced by 10%
- Weapon switch speed reduced by 15%
Now this is probably not too great, but atleast I tried.

+ 25% Damage

- 20% Attack Speed

- 20% Longer Weapon Switch

Collects Heads And For Every Head + 1% Attack Speed

It should have a sheeth and unsheeth animation due to longer weapon switch

Collet heads gain speed for each head by 10% and increased swing speed by 8%

I think it would be cool if it was some sort of eyelander for the Soldier. Like,you start out with only 150-175 health,collect a few heads,and then you have around 225-250 health and are moving as fast as maybe a demoman,or medic?

On Hit: Target Bleeds for 3 sec
On Miss: Hit yourself. Idiot. (Bleed for 3 sec.)
-15% Attack Damage
-10% Movement speed

+40% Max Health on Wearer

It has the same attack radius as the Eyelander. The more heads you collect, the faster you move... for about the Max being +100% Movement speed and +1sec faster weapon switch

The bleeding effect will be over powered as the soldier doesn't miss as often as a scout, and the self bleed should only apply to scout weapons. How about,


On Hit: Target Bleeds for three seconds
-15% max health on Wearer
-20% Attack Damage
-No Random Crits
+10% firing speed

Should be modified and tested, but maybe bleed is the wrong direction for this weapon.

I agree with artix, the hit self would be a little bit wierd, since when using melee, the soldier has a high chance to hit in my opinion. faster swing and attack speed, but no random crits:tradingcard:
the soldier shouldn't be able to collect heads...
