Hey guys,

I don't know if it's a error or not. But if I create a new role-file (i.e. supporter.txt) and set Weather and all its child-permissions to 1 (DISALLOW), then I restart the server and I can still open the weather window in the COT (but i can't change anything --> this is good!). Incidentally, the same applies to player management.

Am I right or can someone explain to me?
