Weather always showing 0 as temperature

Hello, I am building a harsh Namalsk server and I installed COT essentially to verify if the weather is acting as expected. For some reason Temperature always says 0 no matter if it is day or night if I am at the top of a mountain or at sea level, everything else works normally

Any hint about how to proceed?
