No offense to the guys who did it, but this is the most ridiculous and awful thing i've ever seen make it to TF2. I don't know how this managed to have more upvotes than downvotes, and it hurts.

I can concieve why people wanted the Banana, because of the memes and so on. And just like most meme hats, it's terribly expensive, so you don't see many of them. But it was made with a joke intent and it's been pushed too far because it's internet.

But I can't think of any reason why would someone ironically wear this hat and that's what makes it worse in my opinion, it's that some people genuinely wanted their Scout to look like this.

Also I agree it's only a hat, but it wasn't picked at random, so it means there's real humans involved in all this.

I know this is meant to be the Zoomer meme, but without the glasses this makes Scout look like BJ Blazkowicz.
