Can't find mod.

Is there anyway of being able to get this unhidden by steam? I can't add it to my server because it is.

I too, am unable to add this to my server side modlist due to it being hidden on steam workshop.

I cannot even find it on a steam search. I have to google it to find it here. So yeah my server wont find it.
