If you really want to change crafting cost you need to override every single engrams by yourself.
In this mod now there are 105 engrams.
It's no problem, it's your mod man, you make it how you want. I was just curious.
Speaking of curiosity, do you have a link to the list of engrams that I could use to get started on it?
In each folder contain items you want.
Note: each item always end with _child so when you writting code much be like this "PrimalItem_Skin_Account_DevKitMaster_Child_C"
Cause id like to add corrupted costumes to my game and i think they are only possible to get via commands...
