button in gate house
i found this button in the gate house by the ramp and i cant find out what it does

Its turns on the siren on the red & white tower. But I couldn't hear any noise come from it.

Bug? or Missing Content?

Well with gmods sound and music problems, plus the dev pushed the engine to the limit, I am pretty sure it is missing content... But he might have put sound there, and it might have been a bug, because again pushed to the limit.
