Patch Suggestions
Provide a link to the mod/s you wish to see patched, and a description of what you want to see. Please be concise in your description, as I likely do not use all the mods you people do, and I need to get your ideas into my brain box. Otherwise I'll largely ignore the request.

You can format requests nicely by using the text formatting options. It's ok if you don't Formatting Basics




Requests should look something similar to this:

* Allow the Ancestral Forge (Swords (Continued)) to benefit from the Smithing Cabinet (Vanilla Furniture Expanded - Production)

or

* ZARS Production Spots
Brewing Spot -> Culinary Category

Patch suggestion: Category fixes for the furniture added by Lord of the Rims - Dwarves/Elves, and Tallow wax fueling for the lighting added by the same two mods using the wax from industrial age/other rim of madness mods (wax refueling is mentioned in the descriptions for the furniture but in the game, wood is used instead).

Patch suggestion: Move all the objects in LED Lights from the "LED Lights" menu into the "Lighting" menu in architect.

Another suggestion: If the user has "DDA Security and More" and "Doors Expanded", consolidate the "Blast Doors" research into one research. If the user has "DDA Security and More" and "Fences and No Floors", consolidate the "Fences" research into one research (and move the DDA fence into Fences).

Patch suggestion : "Fertile Fields" is compatible with "Seeds Please!" The soil degradation feature of this mod won't be functional, and won't get plant scraps from cutting plants. Can you fix it?

@cockroach; I can look into it, but it sounds more like a mod compatibility issue. I would report the bug to both mod authors and see if you get any love from them. Never noticed it myself, but good find.

Ancient Rim / Industrialization / Medieval Times / UN-Colony/Agracore's Simple Coal have some overlapping materials (Copper, Coal/Coal Chunks/Glass/Concrete/Concrete Slabs).

Can you grab links to the specific mods that you'd like to see patched, as well as giving detailed explanations about the changes you want to see made? So for example: Mod X, Y, Z all add coal and I would like them to use one coal type.

I do not use these mods so I'm not familiar with all the overlapping. As well, I do not know how deep into the rabbit hole these resources go, so if it is reasonable to replace or exchange one material for another is something I'd need to figure out.

Sure, that should be easy enough. I already have the new updates to Glass+Lights patched in my GitHub, and it'll be a large update once I finish adding everything in... but it will take a bit of time for me to finish the update. I'll add these to the list.

damn this is good dont using your modpack but many of the same mods! and this really cleaned up my menus :D thank you! :D

and just a note if your using Gloomy Vanilla, the lights from gloomy want go into lights anymore.
(guess its because he removes the oldstyle menu and put them all items in furniture menu)

Also if you using additionel joy object LITE the chandelier from it dosent go in to light =) even thought its the support one on your "required list" here =)

I'll look into the patches you mentioned with Gloomy and AJO Lite. The other lighting mods should be easy to incorporate and I actually already made a patch for Vanilla Fences, will include in next update. I'll look into CCC as well. Thanks for the suggestions.

no thank you for this awesome mod! i for so long wanted something to clean up half empty menus and make more sense.
im glad i found this! :D

if you make those mods from above i will even spare 3 more menus, from ccc, vanilla fence, and glowstone :D
i have many times turned off mods just because i hate to have an extra menu with like only a few buttons :D

*oh lol i have edit my first post, description of problem with gloomy vanilla was missing the fail xD

another thing i dont know it its something you have done or mod author?
but on wall light mod the lamps are collapsed into one normal, blue, green, red...
would it be possible to do same thing on RIMkead (you already have in lamp category)
on Kageshain normal red green blue....
and ShainBrait normal red gren blue.... would save up 10 spaces from your lamp menu :D

Yes, I can collapse the lights into one dropdown menu for each light type. I'll look into it.

To the CCC in temperature now those 3 pipes can be colapsed into 1 item, there are only 1 type.

-zen garden could need a docs hand =)
either fitted into other category fence, furniture, or something or a new decor category maybe as it already is, but if any other mod fits, see what you think would be good.

-to new culinary menu,
you could add:
--Nutrient paste dispenser
--Stuff from Gloomy extra - kitchen (link below)
--FishIndustry 1 platform 1 basin (link below)
--maybe hydroponics, sun lamps and such things related to farming also should be put in there as well? since its the gathering raw food thing? =) maybe its just me.

-A medical menu with medical stuff since so many mods adds medic stuff or that category, many of the tools in production are medical stuff from: epoe, QEE, glitter tech, harvest post mortem, cyber fauna, and then ofc all the beds and linkable from mods and such :D
heres a list with some examples you could put in, i know you use some of them in your modpack already =)
-Expanded Prosthetics and Organ Engineering (4 tables i think?)
-Questionable Ethics Enhanced (2 tables / clone vat? )
-A Dog Said... Animal Prosthetics (1 table)

-Cyber Fauna (1 table)
-Glitter tech (1 bed 1 table)(maybe sterile floor too?)
-docs walled vitals (u think you can find it? xD)
--Maybe?? Sterile tile? cant remember if its from floored or stuffed floors mod
vanilla stuff:
-vitals monitor
-hospital bed
maybe list?
-drug lab
-crypto sleep casket?
That would really clean up misc and production menu alot i think :P
