When using a war paint, you can skin a weapon you don't have.
The dragon's fury is tied to an achievement, so in general...
Allowing the dragon's fury (or any other J.I. pyro weapon) To be skinned is basically allowing you to skip the contract required for the weapon.
Did you catch that?

indeed cought that but therres one problem in this logic in (dont remember bout febuary) the J.I. weapons were added to drop system so contracts are fun but useless my friend got the fickin hot hand from the drop when i grinded for it durring jungle inferno
