I've just added terrain flatenning, I hope it won't break your cities, if it does tell me about it, I'll revert back to the previous version.

This update broke my city, so reverting back but keeping the pedestrian lane more inward

You could fork it and use something like RON to swap out the offending terrain.
Is terrain flattening likely to be a thing at some point?
