How Do i see the model?

HELP I CAN'T SEE THE MODEL !!

hello everyone,so iv'e downloaded the model but it won't appear,iv'e tried to dragging the model out of the model,iv'e tried to uninstall and reinstall the model but nothing works and i really need this model to work so if someone can help it will be very nice of you please :( (sorry for my bad english)

cause it's too big, try ro right click on model, then click utilites and choose "add scale control", then right click on "rootTransform_scale" and change amounts, try different amounts (sorry for bad my english)
