Would love an option to toggle some of these settings. For example, I'd like to use the original dino diets, or maybe the original kibble system. Just a thought. Love the idea behind this mod
hi, there is a bug with ankylo... ankylosaurus can be tamed beyond level 80 (one lvl 180+ can be tame). difficulty offset = 0 taming speed =2

Just a random suggestion I was thinking about earlier, would it be possible/fitting with the mod to add an auto-harvest on anky's like with doed's? :)

Slight increase in Pteranodon Speed, Slight Increase in Argentavis Damage, Reintroduction of Bleed Effect from Megaloceros Antlers (not sure if its still there, but I haven't noticed it in a long time). Add ability on Pelagornis (such as to dive underwater without being dismounted). Add ability for Oviraptor to walk around and collect eggs if left on wandering? Also would it be possible to alter the Thylacoleo climbing technique to be more in line with the rock drake? Unless its a perfectly smooth wall, the thyla becomes mostly useless.

suggestion : on event, please, let the vanilla boss spawn instead of yours, they are more hard and it's funnier to fight them

Suggestion: The combat rebalancing is fine so far, but since harvesting is partially determined by melee harvesting dinos are... rough. Outside of berry harvesting I outperform specialist dinos like ankys myself. Maybe that gap closes more with heavy investment into taming and breeding but I'm not really feeling an incentive there. I may start playing with dino harvesting damage in the ini but it would be cool to see that addressed in mod, assuming harvesting wasn't meant to be nerfed so hard.

Seems to be a bug on the island when running the mod (may be for other maps, but have not checked)... vanilla megalodons, carnotaurus, coelacanth and leedsychthys are still spawning alongside ZM versions (though in very small numbers and at very low level). Would this be an easy fix? To note, I have fixed this in my own case by simply replacing the spawn of these dinos with fish, however the problem remains if folks are not aware of it :) It actually seems to occur more as the server exists, further vanilla dinos start appearing in small numbers.

Also for some reason all basilosaurus (ZM) spawn at level 1 only.

We will check it

The Basilosaurus will always be level 1, just like the Jerboa and the Titanosaurus. The stats of the dino were adjusted to fit that. We are looking into the false spawns now. Last time we played, we also noticed, but had no idea, why it happens.

would you be willing to make a separate mod, just to add the Max tamable dino settings ?
I want to play has much without modifying dinos stats itself, and be has much has vanilla possible for my server.

But your settings for Max tamable is super great and is what i was searching for a long time
I play now with your mod with max 150 tamable but wild dinos max 600.
So will stil fear the Ark

thx in advance

@General LEX, I'm sorry, but we don't really have the time nowadays to make a new mod... it's a lot of work, as you can imagine.
Maazzixx 13 Jan, 2022 @ 5:16pm
sure its ok, the Max tamable wild dino setting should have been in the config for server by default if you were able to include it in a mod. Its a great setting to have.

Btw i found a bug where i have a cross server and when i transfer dinos that were tamed by in this mod, i can't use deploy them anymore.
Genva  [developer] 14 Jan, 2022 @ 8:44am
Did you try to put them into a cryopod and transfer them like this? That should do the trick.
Maazzixx 30 Sep, 2023 @ 7:42am
Sorry, i stop playing back then but just started again. I found that Desmodus can be tamed at any lvl, even if i restricted to lvl 80.
