What a shame it didn't make it in the summer update.
:C Are all of you dissapointed?
Fear not this could still be in. There are items that have been through several updates until they got in. But i think a temporary solution for this would be that this be on gamebanana c:

That reminds me; what item / items should it reskin? I have mine set to reskin the pyro version of provision goggles, but I doubt many people would like being forced into pyrovision to equip it. Any ideas?

Hmm I think it could be the poncho or hazmat headcase or last breath. If people dont like what it changes they can change the name to do the item they want it to change.
What i was going to do is have it replace the merc pride for myself c:
