Settings / Spawncode / Engrams
These ini-settings goes into your GUS.

[ATK] MinorStoneArrowTorpor=125 MediumStoneArrowTorpor=315 MajorStoneArrowTorpor=625 MinorDartTorpor=300 MediumDartTorpor=750 MajorDartTorpor=1500 BoltTorpor=650 SpearTorpor=25 GrenadeTorporPerSec=35 PikeTorpor=125 DaggerTorpor=150 BoomerangThrownTorpor=150 BoomerangMeleeTorpor=60 TableCraftSpeed=1

Torpor values is absolute number.
Grenade emits gascloud for 10 seconds so total standard value is 10*35=350 torpor.
Tables craft speed is a multiplier, setting it to 2 will craft everything twice as fast.
