You could also add the missing parts of the world, like Svalbard of Antarctica.
I'll be making a dedicated compatibility patch(es) to make TOT Interface Fonts, Banners and Arumba's Keyboard Shortcuts work with my mod at that time, as well, due to a bug report I was given on discord.
Then I'll probably do so later on, after integrating mods and making sure this mod is as bugfree as possible.
I will see what I can do regarding Svalbard later on, after I'm done integrating all the mods that I plan to integrate.
I'll have to check it out. Thank you for the help.
*Edit*
I checked out Challenger's Flavour Bonanza Mod, and it's almost exactally what I'm looking for. Only flaw I see in it is that the territories don't match up. Oklahoma still takes half of Kansas and calls it the "Southern Plains" territory; Texas is split into 4 and bleeds over into other states, etc. I see why they divided it up like this, as is some cases its the geographical area, but politically the areas arn't divided right. Hopefully this will be fixed in your version, unless there is a mod that allows you to transfer provinces between territories like in some of CK2's Mods. Last I heard though, thats not possible to mod in.
