But when i see something that goes on pyro's back after JI, i just think, "HEY THAT SHOULD HAVE STATS". SO, I'm officially (not) turning this into an equippable secondary weapon for pyro.

Teammates within an area of 10 feet take either 30-40% less damage or gains 2 health per second.
