@Chatterbox7 I'm well aware of the weirdness of the bones. I'm assuming the original maker of these models merged both the half life bones and the mass effect bones and forgot to remove the redundant ones. I have no idea how to remove them.

totally get it man, sorry but I had to resort to using Gmod ported versions. Yours still look nice though

I don't know if I'm the only one with this issue:

I can't get these guys, both male and female, to blink.
I also downloaded the "Enhance Citizens Redux"... Could that be the problem?

It might be the cause but these models are also a bit dodgy. In future i'll try to port the civilian models without the half life faces.
