faction not foudn - toolkit call for military aid-

Tried to get relation between faction tuktopia and itself.

this 3 errors pop up, i provided a link for the crtl=12 thing at the top. I have spoken to the toolkit devs and they suggested it was some thing to do with rimworld not seeing the factions. if you can find anythign in the above that can help me fix this, that woudl be awesome. please =\
