Report a translation problem
To be honest, the 10% move slow would actually make this weapon really bad, because a normal shovel would do 65 damage every 0.8s, which is around 3 hits in that time, which is actually 195 damage, making the charge hits very worthless.
Instead, the damage should be...
Every 0.3 second of charge, 15 damage is added from a base of 55 (No damage if the charge is under 0.3s)
Charges up to 3s (55+150), after 4s, the pickaxe crashes (bounces back, killing yourself.)
Oh, no random crits and cannot be crit boosted. (Minicrits always work, which is powerful)
This basicly rewards soldiers that can time their hits very well, which can kill any class not overhealed but heavy.
