Real stats
+ 50% faster firing speed
+ 15% faster switching
- 60% damage penalty

Epic combo weapon like eviction notice and makes switching little bit faster.

I have to say, this is the only reasonable stats i've seen so far.

+20% melee range (width)
+15% fire rate
10% faster weapon switch
-20% damage vs. players
+5% fire vulnerability

i would nerf the firing speed. Its because the evicton notice isnt so pro on a hevey with the slowest speed, but on a rocket jumper soilder, it would be so pro because soilders can be versatile. Also, u should add some damage if u nerf it like that.

I agree, a nerf on the firespeed (15% or so less) would be optimal to keep the soldier from just being a more mobile scout, while the switch speed could do with a boost to make it more worth using.

Personaly, i like your stats but the (- 60% damage penalty) is going to mess up with your game.
Ex.: How can you kill a heavy with that - 60% damage penalty? You will need to shoot him in a long time. Nerf the damage and it should be fine.
