How can i spawn a door?

I've seen peopole spawning doors on big city so... how?

There is a door tool somewhere on the workshop I believe, otherwise you can spawn them with lua, it's just annoying.

you can also use Half Life 2 Tools (Rubat)
func_door thingys work too for some reason
