Server Config Recommendation
It is highly recommended for server owners to DISABLE Vanilla Bionic Quetzal spawn!

Just simply place the following to the bottom of your Game.ini file to disable original Tek Quetzals:
NPCReplacements=(FromClassName="BionicQuetz_Character_BP_C",ToClassName="")
