squad msf-c stuck in download pending
even if i force it with steam it won't download

This is not up to us, this is a problem with Steam.

I may have a solution for you. Go to your Steam Workshop downloads directory (in my case it was D:/Steam/steamapps/workshop/downloads) and empty that folder, then restart the download. Worked like a charm for me.
