Hi everybody !

I search a mod like "historical spawn date" but with inverse effect : some Civ can't progress techs until the era where they disapear (classic for egyptian pharaoh or greece, medieval for Roman for example).

I want to play with "historical spawn date" and the mod i describe on the same campaign, I'll really loved it !

Someone know about a mod like this, or someone can explain me how can i do it by myself ?
