In the thumbnail the helmet looks great but when i opened screenshots from other angles i had to change my vote because WHAT THE ♥♥♥♥ IS THAT HEAD SIZE?

The head doesn't look that big. Keep in mind that Valkyr's default and Prime helmets are both about the same size as this proportionally. Maybe I'm wrong (not doing side-by-sides here) but I'm fairly certain Valk just kinda has a big head.

The basic one isn't as big. As for Prime, the accents and the sides could be misattributed to the actual 'size of head', but even so, there it's better portioned. Rather than here being shoved into forehead.

Removing the tail base bulge on top - the "skull" is the almost the same Valkyr vanilla height except those twirls on her forehead but Leonessa's helmet is less wider than the original (by a big margin) on the cheecks and just a little wider on the jaw (by very little). They occupy more or less the same amount of space.

this helm rly looks very awkward, i agree she has other big helms like prime for example, still this one looks very uuuughh. I want to like but something is wrong here.
And again this helm doesn't intimade/scare me. And valkyr is feline, femine and RAW.

yeah i agree the height of the helmet is a bit too long,
I don't think the helmet is too big. I will give some advice as a concept artist, since I think some of the kids here are incapable of giving constructive advice/criticism that would help to improve this amazing skin.

I think the energy lights on the helmet are awkwardly placed. It alludes to a large head, it gives that impression because it looks like eyes placed very far apart --like a beetle. I think these should be placed closer together or removed entirely. It might look good from the side, but not the front.

I would also consider tapering the tail in the back of the helmet. It currently just looks like one, thick appendage coming out of her head and is not too tail-like. Either taper it, or attach an object at the end sort of like the collar-tag (or bell, not sure what it is), or a shape similar to the helmet's crown. Maybe even something wispy, to imitate a tail-tuft like a lion's tail.

Some other advice might be to make the energy lights form a pattern. I have some ideas for this, if you are up for changing the energy lights.

Good work overall. Let me know if you ever want to collaborate. I love to design/make concepts.

Hey Hitsu another must buy for me and I agree with the concept artist. If you ever play games like BDO or ArcheAge where they let you play with eye size/width and placement using this placement looks just odd at best.

This very VEEEEERY minor issue aside I applaud you for yet another fantastic piece.

To spank me daddy, thank you as I keep saying this across multiple threads such as the incoming Nyx workshop item that looks like a Valkyrie. Being critical is one thing but providing reasonable and thought out critiques at the same time as suggesting or asking questions is lost on most of the trolls in this workshop sadly.

I have seen Hitsu cop some insane flak for no reason as well as others including the Vodyanoi Chroma creator for so many insanely irrelevant reasons its good to see people with the skills giving clear clean advice and gives me hope.
