How do you enable "q" for custom addons?
I know Im probably being stupid, but how do you enable props menu for custom stuff? It never works for me.

There is no sandbox menu because this is co-op gamemode, but there is SWEP menu which is available from admin settings
If you want custom weapons/npcs on maps, use "replace" console commands

You can just play the HL1 maps on sandbox easy
