Is it possible to completely turn off the safe zone at the trader?

Previously, the safe zone worked OK, but now a car or a fall from a height will kill you in the safe zone...

This mod would deserve a complete reconstruction and adapted to the current dayz version.

Does anyone know of a similarly simple trader mod, even a paid one, that really works?
