TraderObjects.txt - put it right under the <ObjectOrientation> from the Trader.
I dont use it but should be like this:

<Object> ClassNameOfYourVendingMashine (instead of Survivor_Name)
<ObjectPosition> X, Y, Z
<ObjectOrientation> Yaw, Pitch, Roll
<ObjectAttachment> NPC_DUMMY
