Am I capable of running ark with -preventhibernation?

This is my laptop stats:
Geforece GTX 1660 Ti 6GB GDDR6
i7 9th Gen 9750H(2.60 GHz)
16GB Memory 1 TB NVMe SSD

Got it. I was a bit unsure before because you mentioned that we need at least 32GB ram to run -preventhibernation.
