Opening menu causes freeze / crash

Hi,
for reference, DinoCountMultiplier is set to 1.2, and It's on a dedicated server.

Whenever I open the menu, it freezes for about 10-15 seconds, which might be usual?
But some times, after that period of freeze, it crashes the game.

Can the multiplier be the fault of this?
