I don't know if it helps you, but I had the same problem and I deleted all files starting with CFD there: D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\SaveGames
And now the mod works with ''F8'', because I wrote in Game.ini this
"[CFD]
Open=Structure7
PREV=Structure5
NEXT=Structure6
TOGGLE=Structure17" before. You can change the keys if you want.
