What speed?, Does it ever stop?, Does it keep going?, Can it taunt kill? Can it reverse?!. (Too much questions)
Yes can it taunt kill or speed up?

Seeing how the speed seems to be the same and how it is pretty low, I suspect it won't be doing any damage really, and I also don't see how it'd be possible to have a killing taunt submission..

Of course it can stop, it's a looping taunt, you can stop it whenver you want

I think he was asking as if it operated like the bumper car, where you have to manually make it move.

I'm thinking its all going to be the same as the Conga taunt, because i didn't see an animation for the wheels to stop.
