This is a very slow taunt in which the engineer cannot dodge or attack enemy players.

Therefore, it is perfect for a taunt kill. The only people you could kill with this are tunnel-vision snipers and AFK players, just like every other taunt kill.

This would encourage the engineer with the taunt to use normal strategy unless such a situation pops up, which is the same with most taunt-kills, such as the gunslinger's meat grinder taunt and Heavy's "Pootis Pow!".
