Idk seems bogus to me. Regardless of whether or not DE has said that Ill gladly take a cape/ribbon over a gaudy chandelier hanging from my back lol.
I don't mean to put this as a counterpoint, but just maybe expand and discuss your point further. Theme? What theme would they not want there, the Middle Ages? Because they have greatswords, bows, crossbows. :D Sure they're all techy and all, but I can easily see ION Cloak as a more techy sort of cape. But yeah, like you said, this could be hearsay.
It does escape me why this hasn't been accepted yet, and what saddens me some more is the author's lack of response, especially considering how loving people here have been, supporting his work, upvoting it and claiming they'll actually spend their hard-earned real-life money on it. It'd be nice to get a response as to whether I should keep my hopes up tennogen after tennogen or just give up hoping for a *single* quality, non over-the-top cape in the game...
